We actually got a roof and gutters. My wife (Sue) called to get the initial quote scheduled. She was very pleased with the gentleman that she spoke to, I believe his name was Fred. Then J.R. came out & measured and gave us the quote. He did an excellent job & we decided to go with your company without getting the other 2 quotes we had scheduled. You came out when you said you would, you brought adequate men to complete the job, you were quick, great cleaned up. The roof looks great. The gutters and downspouts look great. We had a big job; Roof, siding, gutters and a few windows. Due to the size of the project it was completely in stages. Throughout the process I always felt I had a good pulse of the progress. I was in constant contact with the PM’s and a even the owner of Prohome a few times. We encountered a few challenges, however prohome absolutely stood by their word and took care of us. This was not my first rodeo so a few gotcha’s did not surprise me. You can measure a company by how they handle these “gotcha’s” and prohome stepped up and went to bat for us. The PM’s were great, really no delay’s at all. Watching these guys install siding is like watching an artist. VERY good craftsmanship. Cleanup after each job was superb. They knew I had 4 kids so they were extra cautious of any debris left behind. I have not found any nails or metal in my yard even after roof replacement and complete siding job.

We were impressed with each Pro employee we came in contact with: from the sales rep with his professional presentation, to the assistant project manager who came out to verify the measurements, to the scheduler who worked around the weather and our schedules to get us the first available appointment for replacing our roof, to the work crew who showed up promptly, worked very efficiently in removing and replacing our roof. The clean up was also done very well. Neighbors are now commenting on how well the new roof looks.
Pro Home Improvement did a wonderful job. I am very very satisfied with the job that was preformed on my home and garage. It was a big job and the crew was in and out of here in 12 1/2 hours that included a tear off of 2 roofs. And then the water barrier and the shingles put down. These guys that did this job were absolutely wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this group of guys to anyone who needs work done to there roof. Pro Home Improvement was absolutely great they kept us up to date on what was going on at all times and so did the contractor. Very very nice group to work with. I would definitely use them again. Work was done in a timely manner and efficiently. I do not know much about roofing but looking at the roof I know that the work is well done, the shingles are placed properly, the color looks good. The workers cleaned up the place after the completion of the work. I am glad that it is all done and we don’t have to worry about the roof for the next several years. Job well done!!!.
