Perfect installation. From the original estimate to the phone call asking how everything looked – great company to use. The installation crew was very well qualified to do the work. While this was a smaller job there were a lot of angles to bend and cuts to make. The crew was friendly yet professional obviously, this wasn’t their first time! The job included replacing existing siding as well as replacing a rotted column. Additionally, they squared off a half moon beam which really tightened up the look of the front porch.

The installation crew that worked on my house was awesome. They were rained out the first day but started early on day 2 to get almost half of the house completed working into the evening. They returned early on day 3 to complete the job and everything looks beautiful. They were very pleasant to work with and answered all of my questions. The install was exactly as ordered and that generally doesn’t happen. They also installed my new lights, GFI plug and address plaque for the finishing touch. Cleanup was very good and we were extremely happy with the results. Looks like a new home. I would recommend anyone needed siding to use Pro Improvement. From the salesman, the installation crew and the follow up from Pro we were extremely satisfied.
We had a big job; Roof, siding, gutters and a few windows. Due to the size of the project it was completely in stages. Throughout the process I always felt I had a good pulse of the progress. I was in constant contact with the PM’s and a even the owner of Prohome a few times. We encountered a few challenges, however prohome absolutely stood by their word and took care of us. This was not my first rodeo so a few gotcha’s did not surprise me. You can measure a company by how they handle these “gotcha’s” and prohome stepped up and went to bat for us. The PM’s were great, really no delay’s at all. Watching these guys install siding is like watching an artist. VERY good craftsmanship. Cleanup after each job was superb. They knew I had 4 kids so they were extra cautious of any debris left behind. I have not found any nails or metal in my yard even after roof replacement and complete siding job.
