A positive experience. The work crew arrived as scheduled. Workers were prompt in setting up and going through the step-by-step process on adding insulation to the attic. I was encouraged to ask questions and to watch as they worked. Clean up of all work areas was performed. We received a follow up call, after the crew had left, verifying my satisfaction.

We had our family room insulated by Pro. They arrived on time and performed the work professionally, and in a timely manner. When they were finished, they made sure our property was in the same condition as when they arrived.
We did have an issue with the inside trim molding on our patio door wall pulling away from the door wall, but the company that installed our patio door wall came out and fixed it. We have noticed that our family room is warmer than before. We are satisfied with the job Pro did for us and would recommend this company to anyone.
