Had old gutters removed and new ones installed on house and garage. There was no waiting…the installers arrived an hour early. We did a walk around and they explained everything to me. The job was completed efficiently and neatly, they cleaned up nicely afterward, and were out of here in under two hours. They did a great job! Would definitely refer them to others.

I got the works! Windows, roof, siding, gutters and the process was effortless. I am a person with very limited time and was hooked from the very beginning when Brad came to sell the company and upon seeing a local competitor who had taken HOURS to show me windows and asked “If I can beat their price will you come with me?” We talked about the needs of my home and determined that instead of just getting windows it would be best to do it all. In less than 2 hours I had decided to do more than windows (for less by the way and a comparable product), was approved for financing, had chosen windows, shingle, and siding colors and felt really good about the decision and not taken advantage of. After that meeting I was introduced to Keith who handled everything from there he kept me up to date with the progress of custom windows order dates for supplies and when the installers would be available to complete projects (in the midst of my frequent travels) and even when things presented as challenging he never lost his professionalism. Today was the completion of the final project and even though I have a splitting headache I felt compelled to sing the praises of the Pros at Pro Home Improvement.

Pro did both our gutters and trim and did a great job – the house looks better than ever. The salesperson was friendly and accommodating. The installers were very efficient, completing everything right on schedule. I also appreciated that they didn’t leave a big mess behind.
Everything was done per agreement. The price was competitive (I did a little negotiating). Workers were polite. All the work done looks good. They cleaned up the area pretty well. I had new siding and gutters installed, all work was done in three days. I will definitely have them back for my next project.
The installation crew that worked on my house was awesome. They came out after our siding was installed and had our seamless leaf protected gutters installed in just over an hour. They also moved downspouts to the proper positions unlike my previous gutters. To make it accessible for yard work they installed clips to remove lower part of downspout if necessary. They look beautiful and the best part is I never have to climb a ladder to clean gutters ever again. I would strongly urge others to use Pro for their gutters. Product and installation is second to none.
I was very happy with the original contact with the sales person, she explain everything thoroughly about the procedure of them installing the new Gutters. They also agreed to put the trim back up that was ripped off the home when we had a bad storm. They came on the day they we had scheduled and everything was cleaned up by the time I arrived home. I would definitely use them again for any of my home improvements jobs.
What can I say about Pro Home Improvement; well, a lot! From the time James came to my house and sat with me for two and a half hours, I was pretty much sold on hiring this company. James took the time to go through all of the company information, bring in samples of their product, show me before and after pictures, and take measurements for the vinyl siding and new gutters. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I really like that they are affiliated with Home Advisors, are here in Michigan, local, and approachable. The warranty and guarantee are wonderful! And, one thing that I really love about this company is their compassion toward helping others. This company donates money to the Make a Wish Foundation every year. They make dreams come true for a deserving child. The manager, Keith, worked with me throughout this project. He kept me up-to-date on what was going on and was willing to make compromises when needed. And, Scott, the owner and I connected through Linkedin and has communicated with me on several occasions. He was always concerned that everything was going as planned, and if I ever needed anything, I felt he was always there to listen and do whatever was needed. From the start of the project to the end, the experience has been very positive. Great company, great owner, great management, and great workers! The customer comes first with Pro Home Improvement. I am very happy with the cost associated with the job (better than competitors), the work, and the final results.
