We had several projects completed by Pro Home Improvement. They were timely, efficient and professional. The work on the siding was beautifully done. The gutters were done right. The roof on the garage was done according to code when we found more damage than we planned on in the roofs integrity. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for future projects.
Estimate: PHI was great. I am extremely busy and I knew I did not want to have a lot of time taken up just to get an estimate. I wanted them to measure, give me a fair price and then give me a chance to think about whether or not I wanted to move forward. They were great, the whole thing was done in 45 minutes. Now I will be going to them for the installation, I am sure that service will also be just as good.
The work was performed in a timely manner and everything cleaned up at the end of the job. The workers were very polite and helpful. All of my concerns were addressed. I would strongly recommend this company to all of my family, friends and co-workers.

A few weeks ago, my house took a beating due to severe storm damage. I contacted 3 private contractors, as well as the company my insurance agent sent out. The estimates I received for the work were all over the place, and it was suggested that I might need a lot of additional work that I hadn’t planned on. Finally, I contacted PRO Home Improvement. My salesman Tim O. was very thorough and helpful with his explanation of what I (really) needed and how quickly it could be done. I received a call the day before from my project manager Keith who informed me that he would also be by the following morning and check on things for me. The crew showed up on time, (with Keith getting here before the rest of the team arrived) and the work was beautiful. They made some suggestions to changing the position of the new downspouts that I hadn’t considered previously, and my home looks beautiful. What an absolute wonderful group of people to work with. I will be referring them to my friends and having them do additional work for me in the upcoming years. AWESOME!
Everyone at this company was wonderful. The employees were happy to assist me and I was very happy with the service. The installer call me and let me and my husband know what they were doing and was very polite. I will recommend the company to everyone I know and let them know that is a wonderful company.
