I can’t think of anything that wasn’t done efficiently, timely and neatly. One of the workers took my garbage out of my hand and put in the can for me, nice. I am no roofing expert, but all the wood is completely covered along the gutters and sides, shingles are exactly spaced. In addition, we really like the pattern/colors of the shingles. They coordinate nicely with the siding color and gutter colors.

The gutters were installed per our agreement with no damage to the house. There was a gutter downspout added to the back of the house, some years ago, due to maybe a faulty install at the time. The installer came and explained it to me and said it was not needed. I agreed and it was not installed. They were all friendly and cleaned up after themselves when the job was done.

The Pro salesman did thorough job of outlining the quality of materials and the Pro procedures used in replacing my roof. The job, using the promised materials and procedures, was done and essentially completed in one day. The cleanup and a couple of odds and ends done in a couple of hours the next day. An excellent job.
Great company to work with. The crew came on time, which I’ve never had happen with any work I’ve had done. They explained what they were doing, showed me pictures of the work and cleaned up the site.
