We were impressed with each Pro employee we came in contact with: from the sales rep with his professional presentation, to the assistant project manager who came out to verify the measurements, to the scheduler who worked around the weather and our schedules to get us the first available appointment for replacing our roof, to the work crew who showed up promptly, worked very efficiently in removing and replacing our roof. The clean up was also done very well. Neighbors are now commenting on how well the new roof looks.
What can I say about Pro Home Improvement; well, a lot! From the time James came to my house and sat with me for two and a half hours, I was pretty much sold on hiring this company. James took the time to go through all of the company information, bring in samples of their product, show me before and after pictures, and take measurements for the vinyl siding and new gutters. He was very patient and knowledgeable. I really like that they are affiliated with Home Advisors, are here in Michigan, local, and approachable. The warranty and guarantee are wonderful! And, one thing that I really love about this company is their compassion toward helping others. This company donates money to the Make a Wish Foundation every year. They make dreams come true for a deserving child. The manager, Keith, worked with me throughout this project. He kept me up-to-date on what was going on and was willing to make compromises when needed. And, Scott, the owner and I connected through Linkedin and has communicated with me on several occasions. He was always concerned that everything was going as planned, and if I ever needed anything, I felt he was always there to listen and do whatever was needed. From the start of the project to the end, the experience has been very positive. Great company, great owner, great management, and great workers! The customer comes first with Pro Home Improvement. I am very happy with the cost associated with the job (better than competitors), the work, and the final results.

We were very pleased with the work and the employees were very professional and did a great job! They were done with the insulation, in our attic, in no time, and took pictures, for us to view, once they were done, since neither my husband nor I could get up there to check it out. It really was a Great job! We plan to have them back out, in the future, for other jobs we need done around our home. Excellent experience!!!

Pro Home Improvement did a wonderful job. I am very very satisfied with the job that was preformed on my home and garage. It was a big job and the crew was in and out of here in 12 1/2 hours that included a tear off of 2 roofs. And then the water barrier and the shingles put down. These guys that did this job were absolutely wonderful. I would absolutely recommend this group of guys to anyone who needs work done to there roof. Pro Home Improvement was absolutely great they kept us up to date on what was going on at all times and so did the contractor. Very very nice group to work with. I would definitely use them again. Thank you so much you great bunch of guys.
