My initial meeting was pleasant. The individual took the time to explain my options in a clear and concise manner. The follow-up phone call was prompt, and the appointment for installation scheduled in a timely fashion. The installers were on time, polite and professional. They cleaned up after the job was finished, and took the time to walk me around the project and comment on the job as we walked. They also made a recommendation for having work done on the “capping” of the roof….a problem that I was unaware of. Overall, I was very pleased!
