The guys who roofed our home were very professional and courteous. They did an excellent job shingling our entire roof and cleaning up the debris before they left the job. They did everything efficiently and on time. As a homeowner it was gratifying to see the men took pride in their work. I was very happy with the result. Well done, Thanks to you all.

I got the works! Windows, roof, siding, gutters and the process was effortless. I am a person with very limited time and was hooked from the very beginning when Brad came to sell the company and upon seeing a local competitor who had taken HOURS to show me windows and asked “If I can beat their price will you come with me?” We talked about the needs of my home and determined that instead of just getting windows it would be best to do it all. In less than 2 hours I had decided to do more than windows (for less by the way and a comparable product), was approved for financing, had chosen windows, shingle, and siding colors and felt really good about the decision and not taken advantage of. After that meeting I was introduced to Keith who handled everything from there he kept me up to date with the progress of custom windows order dates for supplies and when the installers would be available to complete projects (in the midst of my frequent travels) and even when things presented as challenging he never lost his professionalism. Today was the completion of the final project and even though I have a splitting headache I felt compelled to sing the praises of the Pros at Pro Home Improvement.
Salesman was great, factual, positive but not pushy. Installation was done well. They were cordial, professional and cleaned up before they left.
Really happy with the whole process. Our sales rep was personable, helpful, and lives here in our new city so was able to help us with info about the city. The gutters we picked out look gorgeous and the workmen were quiet, efficient, and professional. Very happy with the work done.
Perfect installation. From the original estimate to the phone call asking how everything looked – great company to use. The installation crew was very well qualified to do the work. While this was a smaller job there were a lot of angles to bend and cuts to make. The crew was friendly yet professional obviously, this wasn’t their first time! The job included replacing existing siding as well as replacing a rotted column. Additionally, they squared off a half moon beam which really tightened up the look of the front porch.
I would highly recommend using Pro Home Improvement for anyone looking for siding work.
