Our windows were installed today. They are absolutely beautiful. The installers were friendly and experts in the field of window installation. They took great care to protect our wood floors and carpet, and did a thorough clean-up when they were finished. I would highly recommend Pro Home Improvement – great from sales to installation.
The guys were on-time, polite and efficient. Completed the project well within the time estimated.
The three-man team was very courteous and answered all our questions. The job was completed under two hours as promised. They cleaned up and vacuumed after they were done. Very professional. Will hire them around for future house projects.

The sales consultant came out and measured in the rain. He contacted me and I asked if he would prefer to come out another day and he said: “I have an extra pair of shoes”. He was kind and sociable. I find most salespeople to be cocky and rude, however, my experience was outstanding. Should I hear of someone looking for gutters I am going to pass on his card.
The crew came out and installed my new gutters yesterday. I was impressed with their experience and knowledge. All my questions were answered. I did not expect new gutters to make such a huge difference on the appearance of my house. More importantly, they fixed my problem area. We can have our bedroom window open without hearing the water overflowing on the landscaping.
